1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the White Glove Cleaning website or reserving our surgical cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these protocols, you may not access our elite service architecture.
2. Service Architecture
White Glove Cleaning provides professional residential and commercial restoration services within the greater Spokane metropolitan area. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, particularly if the safety or dignity of our specialists is at risk.
3. Cancellation Protocol.
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Rescheduling within less than 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled investment. Lockouts are treated as late cancellations.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
We operate under a 100% Mastery Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our restoration:
- ✓Notification must be received within 24 hours of service completion.
- ✓We will return to surgically re-clean the specific areas of concern.
- ✓Refunds are not offered in lieu of a precision re-clean.
5. Pricing & Investment
Website estimates are digital projections based on standard home conditions. We reserve the right to audit pricing upon on-site inspection if the condition of the home differs significantly from the metrics provided during booking.
6. Liability
White Glove Cleaning is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. In the unlikely event of breakage, we must be notified within 24 hours. Liability is limited to repair or replacement up to the service value. We are not liable for wear-and-tear or pre-existing structural issues.
7. Communications & Consent
By submitting your data, you expressly authorize White Glove Cleaning to transmit operational and marketing communications.
