We recommend scheduling the clean for the day before your moving truck arrives or immediately after the previous owner hands over the keys, ensuring the home is empty.
Q.Do I need to be present for the clean?
No. Most clients set up keyless entry or lockbox access. Our fully vetted W2 team will secure the home and notify you once the clean is complete.
