It is possible that one of our house cleaners comes in one day and isn’t there for the next scheduled service, so we will keep detailed notes on what needs to be done and any special tasks that you would like completed. When you schedule our initial walk-through, let us know what you would like done and anything specific you think we should know. Will You be at Home?
If you are at home during a scheduled house cleaning, we ask that you please give us space to clean. If we’re cleaning the kitchen and you decide you need to make some chicken soup, try to hold off until we move to another room. Just like it’s challenging to clean when there are toys on the living room floor, it’s also difficult to vacuum and tidy the couch when someone is sitting on it. We understand that it is your home, but we want to do our best and need access to every room.
